Landscape Design

A consultation is used as a starting point for providing Landscape Design services. Katie will meet with you on site to see the space and discuss your style, needs and budget and undertake a questionnaire to delve into what you would like to achieve from your garden.

The on-site consultation is essential to see any immediate constraints the site may have and the approval process (if any) required to undertake the project. From there, a proposal for a Landscape Design can be provided.

Katie is experienced in Vectorworks software to provide digitally drawn landscape design plans to help you better visualise the end result and for obtaining quotes from landscapers to undertake the work.

No project is too big or too small. Katie can provide design and planting services for feature pots and plants, balcony and courtyard makeovers, individual garden beds, pool areas, existing garden makeovers or completely new gardens.

She will provide her services to create a garden that is suitable for your surroundings and lifestyle.

Arrange a Garden Consultation

If you’re not sure where to start with your garden, Katie offers one-hour consultations starting at $190 (incl. GST) where she can:

Answer your general garden questions such how to manage pests and disease, pruning, weeds and fertilising, including testing the pH of soil and any soil amendments required.
Give you advice on plant selection including screening, trees, plants to grow in difficult places, natives and how to add colour through flowers and foliage.
Provide design inspiration to enhance street appeal and create aesthetic planting combinations.
Make recommendations about how to lower garden maintenance through easy care and waterwise plants.

At the end of your consult, you will receive a report via email with Katie’s complete recommendations. Longer consults are also available on a pro-rata basis.
