Katie helped me with a tricky drainage issue, designing a beautiful garden bed to conceal a trench drain. Corten edging was used to create a raised, curved garden bed along the boundary fence. I told Katie I wanted to plant out the garden with plenty of colour and textures. She encouraged me to be bold and incorporate different hedging, plants and feature trees. We couldn’t be happier with the results. What was once a bland space has now become feature and a haven for bees and butterflies. It has transformed our outdoor area and I cannot wait to continue watching everything grow. Visitors regularly admire and comment on how beautiful the garden looks.
I highly recommend Katie. Her knowledge of plants and eye for design are fantastic. She created a planting plan for our property that we installed in October, and it’s thriving. We now have a beautiful tropical garden around the pool and native plants out front to complement the gum trees. Katie knows how to tackle tricky areas, like planting in shaded spots under large gums, and her solutions have worked well.
We are so pleased with the garden that Katie created for us. Her knowledge, design and plant selection talent was even extended by supervising planting and subsequent trimming. Countless walker-byes have positively commented on the appearance.
